PRIVACY NOTICE
This document constitutes the Privacy Notice for the purposes of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, and its Privacy Notice Guidelines.
This Privacy Notice applies to the personal information collected about the Data Subject by INCCOR, Consultoría Integral en Riesgos Corporativos, Agente de Seguros S.A. de C.V. (INCCOR), with registered address at Lago Zúrich 219, Floor 12, Colonia Ampliación Granada, Delegación Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11529, Mexico City.
INCCOR is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data and informs you of the following:
The personal data we collect from you is handled with strict adherence to professional secrecy and confidentiality. INCCOR may collect your personal data in various ways: when you provide it to us personally; When you provide it to us electronically or through any other technology such as postal mail, the Internet, or by telephone; when it is obtained through a third party through a consented transfer (employers, insurance and surety institutions, financial institutions, service providers); or through a publicly accessible source.
We will use the data collected for:
- a) The following purposes that are necessary for the service you request:
- Quotation, contracting, administration, and operation of insurance products, as well as services related to the investigation, protection, management, recovery, and financing of accounts receivable and other company assets;
- Providing you with information about innovations and/or changes in the contracted products or services;
- Verifying, confirming, and validating your identity, place of residence, and your financial and property situation; as well as to meet the requirements established by the competent authorities.
- Evaluate the quality of the service we provide.
- b) Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following purposes that are not necessary for the requested service, but that allow us to provide you with better service:
- Generate reports for statistical purposes that assist in the strategic and operational planning of the products and services we offer;
- Provide you with information about innovations and/or changes in the new products or services we offer.
If you do not wish your personal data to be processed for these additional purposes, you may express this by requesting the corresponding form from your manager.
Refusing the use of your personal data for these additional purposes cannot be a reason for us to deny you the services and products you request or contract with us.
To carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we will use personal identification, contact, employment, property, and financial data.
We inform you that your personal data may be shared within and outside the country with insurance and surety institutions and their regulatory bodies, banking and non-banking financial institutions, law firms specializing in portfolio recovery, commercial and legal reporting agencies, and INCCOR’s business partners and representatives in other countries with which an agreement has been signed for any of the purposes described in point a).
If you do not wish your personal data to be transferred to any of the third parties mentioned in the previous paragraph, you may request this by requesting the corresponding form from your manager.
You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of its use (Access). You also have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification). We may delete your personal data from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties, and obligations set forth in the regulations (Cancellation); as well as object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Objection). These rights are known as ARCO rights.
